Cancellation Policy for DesiDeli

Thank you for choosing DesiDeli, powered by SEPL Global Limited, for your grocery needs. We understand that grocery needs can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below for more information:

1. Order Cancellation Timeframe:
a. Customers can cancel their orders up to any time before the order status changes to “packed”.
b. Cancellations made after the items are packed and scheduled for delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellation Process:
a. To cancel an order, customers must log in to their DesiDeli account.
b. Navigate to the "Order History" section and select the order to be canceled.
c. Follow the provided prompts to complete the cancellation process.

3. Return Eligibility:
a. Customers can request a return for items within 3 days of receiving the order.
b. Perishable items such as produce and frozen goods are not eligible for return.
c. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

4. Return Process:
a. To initiate a return, customers must log in to their DesiDeli account.
b. Navigate to the "Order History" section and select the order containing the items to be returned.
c. Follow the provided prompts to initiate the return process.

5. Late Returns:
a. Returns requested after 3 days of receiving the order may not be accepted.
b. Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

6. Refund Policy:
a. Orders canceled and approved returns within the specified timeframe are eligible for a full refund.
b. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the order placement.
c. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.

7. Perishable Items:
a. Perishable items such as produce, and frozen goods are not eligible for return.
b. In the case of damaged or incorrect perishable items, customers should contact us at info@thedesideli.com immediately for assistance.
c. In the case of order cancellation, customers will not receive a refund for perishable items that have already been packed or prepared for delivery.

8. Late Cancellations:
a. Cancellations made after the order is scheduled for delivery will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
b. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount and is intended to cover processing and handling costs.

9. Exceptions:
a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or unavailability of specific items, DesiDeli reserves the right to cancel orders and provide a full refund.
b. In the rare case of receiving damaged or incorrect items, customers should contact us at info@thedesideli.com immediately for assistance.

10. Contacting Customer Support:
a. If customers encounter any issues during the cancellation process or have questions about the cancellation policy, they can contact our customer support team at info@thedesideli.com

11. Policy Updates: DesiDeli reserves the right to update or modify the cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the application or other communication channels.
