โ€ข Add 900 ml of water to Satvam Dosa Mix. Mix well and make it a smooth batter. Keep it aside for 5 minute.
โ€ข Take a flat griddle (tava) or non-stick pan. Smear some oil on it.
โ€ข Pour 75 ml batter in the center of the pan. Spread it in an outward circular motion to make an 8-inch diameter.
โ€ข Heat the pan on a medium flame. Pour a few drops of oil over it and along the edges until it becomes golden brown. Fold it into a semi-circle or a roll and serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
โ€ข For the next Dosa, sprinkle a little water on the pan and wipe the surface gently with a cloth. Repeat step 3 onwards for the remaining batter.
