1. Shipping Partner: We have partnered with Trexity, a trusted third-party shipping company, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.
2. Shipping Rates: We offer two shipping rates based on the order value. Orders below $75 will incur a flat shipping fee of $10. However, orders with a value of $75 or more qualify for free delivery.
3. Delivery Area: Currently, we only deliver within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We are committed to expanding our delivery network in the future to serve more areas.
4. Delivery Timeline: We strive to deliver your orders promptly. In most cases, deliveries are fulfilled the next business day. However, there may be exceptions where delivery could take up to 2 days due to unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes.
5.  Delivery Time - Min 2-3 Business Days Max 3 to 4 Business days.
6. Delivery Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
7. Delivery Exceptions: While we make every effort to deliver orders within the specified timeframe, certain factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or logistical challenges, may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such instances.
