𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
• Cut the Khaman Mix pack from the top and remove the sachet that is inside the Khaman mixture. Add the Khaman mixture into a bowl containing 338 ml of water and stir well. Keep the mixture aside for 5 minutes. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 70 ml of water and immediately add it to the above mixture.
• Mix well and spread it onto 2 oiled base plates. Steam for 20 minutes. Remove the plates and let them cool for 10 minutes. Pour 130 ml of water on the plates and cut the Khaman into equal pieces.
• 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗱𝗸𝗮: Take 90 ml oil and add mustard seeds and green chili. Add 280 ml of water into it bring it to a boil and pour it equally on the plate of Khaman. To decorate, sprinkle green coriander and grated coconut on Khaman. Serve hot with Kadhi.
• 𝗞𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗶 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 : Add 430 ml of water to Kadhi Powder. Stir well and make it a mixture without lumps. Boil it for 5 minutes and serve with hot Khaman.
