โข Boil 1.5L water in a vessel with a thick bottom.
โข Add the contents of the pack and 5 tbsp oil/ghee to the water. Mix well.
โข Tip 1: You can also add boiled peas
โข Tip 2: To make the Upma spicy, add2-3 chopped green chillies to the mix.
โข Simmer for 5 mins while stirring occasionally till the water is absorbed Garnish with Coriander leaves & serve hot.
โข Tip 3: Add 2.5 tbsp ghee/butter before serving.
