2 cups puffed rice (murmura) π
Β½ cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles) π§
ΒΌ cup namkeen mix (optional) π²
1 small onion, finely chopped π§
1 small tomato, finely chopped π
1 boiled potato, chopped π₯
2 tbsp green chutney (mint & coriander) πΏ
2 tbsp tamarind chutney (sweet & tangy) π―
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional) πΆοΈ
1 tbsp lemon juice π
Salt to taste π§
1 tsp chaat masala π§
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped π±
Prep all veggies β finely chop onion, tomato, green chili & potato. π§ π π₯
In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, sev & namkeen. πβπ²
Add the chopped veggies and mix well. π₯
Pour in the green chutney πΏ and tamarind chutney π―.
Squeeze in lemon juice π, add salt, and sprinkle chaat masala. π§β¨
Toss everything until well combined! π
Garnish with extra sev and coriander leaves π± and serve immediately for that perfect crunch! π₯³
