Bhel Puri Chaat

  • 2 cups puffed rice (murmura) 🍚

  • Β½ cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles) πŸ§€

  • ΒΌ cup namkeen mix (optional) 🍲

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped πŸ§…

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped πŸ…

  • 1 boiled potato, chopped πŸ₯”

  • 2 tbsp green chutney (mint & coriander) 🌿

  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney (sweet & tangy) 🍯

  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional) 🌢️

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice πŸ‹

  • Salt to taste πŸ§‚

  • 1 tsp chaat masala πŸ§‚

  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 🌱

  1. Prep all veggies – finely chop onion, tomato, green chili & potato. πŸ§…πŸ…πŸ₯”

  2. In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, sev & namkeen. πŸšβž•πŸ²

  3. Add the chopped veggies and mix well. πŸ₯—

  4. Pour in the green chutney 🌿 and tamarind chutney 🍯.

  5. Squeeze in lemon juice πŸ‹, add salt, and sprinkle chaat masala. πŸ§‚βœ¨

  6. Toss everything until well combined! πŸŒ€
