Mango Falooda

🥭 Mango Falooda - Summer in a Glass!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • ½ cup mango pulp (preferably Unsweetened Kesar Mango Pulp from Ingrano)
  • 2 tbsp basil seeds (sabja), soaked for 30 minutes
  • ½ cup falooda sev or vermicelli (boiled & cooled)
  • 2 scoops vanilla or mango ice cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust as per pulp)
  • Chopped mangoes (for garnish)
  • Crushed nuts (optional – pistachios, almonds)
  • Rose syrup (optional for color layering)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1.      Soak Sabja Seeds:
Soak basil seeds in water for 20–30 minutes. Let them swell up.

2.      Prepare Falooda Sev:
Boil vermicelli or falooda sev as per instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.

3.      Blend Milk + Pulp:
In a blender, mix milk with mango pulp and sugar (if using). Chill it.

4.     Layer the Falooda:

·       In a tall glass, add 1 tsp rose syrup (optional).

·       Add 1 tbsp soaked sabja seeds.

  • Add 2 tbsp cooked falooda sev.
  • Pour the chilled mango milk mixture slowly.

5️. Top & Garnish:

  • Add a scoop of ice cream.
  • Garnish with chopped mangoes and nuts.

Serve chilled with a long spoon & straw!
