1 cup sprouted moong dal (soaked & sprouted) 🌱
1 small cucumber (chopped) 🥒
1 small tomato (chopped) 🍅
½ small onion (finely chopped) 🧅 (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves (chopped) 🌿
½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder 🌾
Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂
1 teaspoon lemon juice 🍋
1 green chili (finely chopped, optional) 🌶️
1️⃣ Prepare Sprouts: Rinse and drain the sprouted moong dal. If you prefer softer sprouts, steam them for 2-3 minutes. 🌱
2️⃣ Mix It Up: In a bowl, combine sprouted moong dal, chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and coriander leaves. 🥗
3️⃣ Seasoning Time: Add roasted cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and green chili (if using). Mix well. 🧂
4️⃣ Citrus Boost: Drizzle lemon juice for a tangy kick and mix again. 🍋
