Sprouted Moong Dal Salad

🥗 Sprouted Moong Dal Salad – A Refreshing & Nutritious Delight!

🌿 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sprouted moong dal (soaked & sprouted) 🌱

  • 1 small cucumber (chopped) 🥒

  • 1 small tomato (chopped) 🍅

  • ½ small onion (finely chopped) 🧅 (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves (chopped) 🌿

  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder 🌾

  • Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 🍋

  • 1 green chili (finely chopped, optional) 🌶️

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare Sprouts: Rinse and drain the sprouted moong dal. If you prefer softer sprouts, steam them for 2-3 minutes. 🌱
2️⃣ Mix It Up: In a bowl, combine sprouted moong dal, chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and coriander leaves. 🥗
3️⃣ Seasoning Time: Add roasted cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and green chili (if using). Mix well. 🧂
4️⃣ Citrus Boost: Drizzle lemon juice for a tangy kick and mix again. 🍋
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with extra coriander leaves and serve fresh! 🌿
