Mango Shrikhand

🥭 Mango Shrikhand (Aamrakhand) 🍧
A creamy, dreamy dessert bursting with the flavor of real mangoes! 💛

Ingredients:
🥭 1 cup Kesar Mango Pulp
🍶 2 cups hung curd (Greek yogurt)
🍬 4 tbsp powdered sugar
🌼 ¼ tsp cardamom powder
💛 A few saffron strands (optional)
🥜 Chopped nuts for garnish

How to Make:
1️⃣ Whisk the hung curd until smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Add mango pulp, sugar, cardamom, and saffron.
3️⃣ Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. ❄️
4️⃣ Garnish with chopped nuts and serve chilled! 🧊
