Mango Mousse
A fluffy tropical dessert that melts in your mouth!
π Ingredients:
- 1 cup mango pulp (fresh or unsweetened canned pulp)

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled) π§
- ΒΌ cup powdered sugar (adjust to sweetness) π¬
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional β enhances mango
flavor) π
- Mint leaves or mango cubes for garnish πΏ

- Whip
the Cream:
In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft
peaks form. βοΈπ
- Prepare
Mango Base:
Mix mango pulp with lemon juice (if using). Fold gently into the whipped
cream using a spatula. Donβt overmix to keep the mousse airy.
- Chill
& Set:
Spoon the mixture into serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least
2β3 hours or until set. βοΈπ₯
- Garnish
& Serve:
Top with fresh mango cubes, mint leaves, or a dollop of cream before
